Return Policy
Dear Valued Clients,
At NewDerma 1, your comfort and satisfaction are always our top priority. We have outlined a clear policy to ensure a safe and transparent experience with us.
1. Offers and Services
Promotional offers and services can be exchanged only, and are non-refundable.
2. Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the invoice issuance.
No refund will be processed after this period, whether payment was made in cash or via installment partners (Tamara, Tabby, etc.).
Refunds are processed via bank transfer only within 14 business days from the date of request.
Clients may transfer the balance to a family member if they choose not to use the service.
3. Service Validity
Services must be redeemed within one month from the date of payment.
After this period, the clinic reserves the right to discard any unused materials, and no refund will be applicable.
4. Opened Materials
Once materials are opened and a session has started, the service is considered used and not eligible for a refund.
5. Service Exchange
Clients may exchange a service for another service of equal value.
If the new service is higher in value, the client must pay the difference.
6. Retouch Sessions
For retouch sessions (paid or complimentary), if the client confirms the appointment and does not attend, they may not claim the service after 14 days from the original session date.
After this period, it will be counted as a new session, not a retouch.
7. Filler and Botox Services
Once an appointment is confirmed, clients are not eligible for a refund, as filler and botox materials are disposed of after 14 days.
8. Service Transfer
Services cannot be transferred from one client to another, except in rare cases approved by clinic management.
9. VAT
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Saudi nationals are exempt from VAT.
Non-Saudi clients are required to pay VAT in accordance with official regulations.
